Job Responsibilities
- Personal file maintenance of official documents in proper manner.
- Regularly review and update company internal policy.
- Prepare Daily Balance, Approved Requisition Summary and Disbursement Note.
- Maintain Bill register, Requisition register and different registers related to Finance and Accounts Department and prepare all kinds of Vouchers, Requisitions and bills.
- Drafting letter as per the Instruction of the concern Authority.
- Meticulous, trustworthy and capable in multinational routine tasks as well as private and confidential matters.
- Perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority inform time to time.
- Manage all the administrative issues including transport, accommodation, legal matter, safety and security of the factory
- Arrange conference and write notes on it for release as and when necessary.
- Prepare agenda and minutes for meeting/conference.
- Always be up to date with Electronic mail.
- Required to have excellent reading, writing and speaking skills in Bangla.

- HSC/ Diploma/ Honours running students can apply for part-time
- Bachelor degree in any subjects for full-time
